Another New Blog

So I am going with starting afresh for 2014. Just for consistency rather than anything else.

Historical versions by year can be found at:

2013

I am going to stick with the same format as last year for now. So there will be: 

AnnuallyJan 1 - Set targets, Dec 31 - Review against targets.

Quarterly - Review and revise targets.

Weekly - Training Plans on a Sunday morning for the following week are now going to be Monday mornings instead. Training Reviews on a Monday morning for the preceding week.

Randomly - Anything else I feel like. - I did look at moving these to another blog but all the names I wanted were taken. If I can get hold of a name I like I might still go for that idea.
