Monday - Swim with TPT.
Stretching session.
Tuesday - Easy bike.
Yoga session.
Wednesday - Run, and swim at Knockburn.
Core session.
Thursday - Easy bike session.
Weights session.
Friday - Easy run.
Saturday - Rest day.
Sunday - Westhill Sprint Triathlon
Target totals - Swim > 2 miles. Bike > 40 miles. Run > 12 miles. 1 short core, 1 short light weights and 2 short stretching sessions. 10 mins of wii yoga.
