I could have put this in at the start of the year as a target race but I should absolutely destroy my previous times. I didn't blog either 2012 or 2011 as my head was in a terrible place for both of them.
While I seem not to have blogged either race the times are on my training diary. 2010 was before I had a blog, but it is also in my diary. I do remember we took a slightly shorter route on the bike.

I should swim somewhere under 13 mins. Hopefully bike very close to the hour mark, it is ~18.7 miles but it is quite lumpy and doesn't really suit the TT bike for long sections. Then hopefully run about 21 minutes. That should get me in somewhere around 1:34 plus the transitions which I don't seem to have a note of for any race.
So while I could have set a PB for this race as a target for the year I probably have about 7 minutes of slack to play with so it would have been meaningless.
Anything under 1:40 I will be happy with.
